We want you to feel confident shopping at Grummo. If you are not satisfied, please review the refund terms below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Grooming tools may be returned only if defective.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or personal products cannot be returned.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products without proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@grummo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer. If still unresolved, contact support@grummo.com.
